All Digital Goods purchased will be delivered through downloads or granting of access, either by email, designated Website access, or any other means of access (the “Delivery”). For the purpose of the Refunds & Returns Policy, the Delivery shall be the date of the first download or grant of access, regardless of the time of the first access by You.


Processing times for shipment: All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving a confirmation email. Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when Your order has been shipped. The processing time is in addition to the shipment time that varies according to the chosen shipment method and is determined by the shipment carrier.

If we are dealing with a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via Your provided email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is provided at no cost. The estimated delivery time varies according to Your location and is between 5 to 14 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not always within Our control.

Confirmation of shipment & Order tracking

Once Your order has been shipped, You will receive an email notification from Us which will include a tracking number You can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees (such as tariffs, taxes, tolls, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
